Our team of professionals is dedicated to the success of our clients, and we take great pride making meaningful contributions to the advancement of the communities we serve and are highly respected in their field both at the local and national levels.
Our strength in design, leadership, management, work quality, commitment, collaboration, and communication sets us apart from other companies in our field. Members of our team have served in high level capacities including Chairman of NTCIP Work Group 1213, Chairman of the AASHTO Technical Committee on Roadway Lighting, and author of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Illumination Manual. Team members have developed many TxDOT electrical, ITS, and signal standard sheets and specifications.
Our staff has taught MicroStation courses at local community colleges, and has developed and conducted training seminars for other engineers at various locations. To ensure our team members are fully trained, we cross train all of our employees in MicroStation and GEOPAK, and other necessary applications.
The M-B Team’s design efforts require constant collaboration and teamwork with our clients and other entities, including utility companies, local governments, TxDOT and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Working with these agencies requires communication through email, face to face meetings, and phone conferences. We always ensure our plans are complete and to the satisfaction of our client by enforcing our QA/QC policy as well as any additional QA/QC procedures required by each client.
